As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be at the forefront of this approach, using your skills and personality to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Job Overview: Customer Care Professional As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary care to our customers, responding promptly and accurately to their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You'll be the face of our company, working in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment to resolve product or service inquiries, celebrate customer value, and deepen customer engagement with our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Evaluate and analyze account information, recommending tailored solutions to our customers and reinforcing the benefits of membership Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting and articulating the best solution to drive brand advocacy Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, documenting necessary account information and offering custom solutions that benefit the customer Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction, resulting in measurable customer value Deliver extraordinary results, measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience At least 1 year of voice account experience from your most recent company A successful track record in your previous role (high performer) A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or college undergraduate qualification A strong internet connection (at least 25 mbps) and a private, quiet area to work from home Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted Preferred Experience: Experience with Customer VOC (Voice of Customer) or NPS (Net Promoter Score), as well as AHT (Average Handling Time) from your most recent company Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing Premium customer service experience and/or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and relationship building Sales experience (Value generation/consultative selling) is a plus What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a range of benefits and perks.
