Your primary focus will be on engaging with guests who have pre-paid vacation packages, helping them arrange their future travel plans, and selling package upgrades that align with their interests. Your goal will be to influence guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals, while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for each guest. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment * Receiving calls from guests who have pre-paid vacation packages and helping them arrange their future travel plans * Selling package upgrades that align with guest interests and influencing guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals * Assisting with payments and costs associated with the new sale, package, or any upgrade purchases, as necessary * Answering calls from visitors requesting date changes, asking about the specifics of the package, and asking about their impending vacation * Verifying all trip and tour specifics related to each package and providing pertinent information on their stay * Assisting travelers with any issues they may encounter before or after departure as part of their trip package * Respecting our guests' privacy and the protection of all personal information about our business **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong sense of customer service, with enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional behavior. You'll also need to be comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with performance metrics, and be dedicated to providing positive experiences for our customers and co-workers.
