+ Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
+ Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
+ Data entry and/or typing experience

+ Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience with Microsoft suite
