Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a remote capacity, based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Florida. As a key member of our medication therapy management program, you will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to drive results and improve medication and health outcomes for our members. Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with daily tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of our medication therapy management program.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and other medication interventions, playing a critical role in improving member health outcomes.
- Compare medication lists and accurately reconcile medications to prevent errors and ensure member safety.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacies and medical providers via phone or fax, facilitating seamless collaboration and coordination of care.
- Support pharmacists with medication interventions, leveraging your knowledge and skills to drive positive health outcomes.
- Verify prescription information and readiness with pharmacies, ensuring timely access to necessary medications for our members.
- Collaborate with Monogram Health care managers to improve access to medications and enhance health outcomes, demonstrating your commitment to interdisciplinary care.
- Maintain your pharmacy technician certification, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician by the state board of pharmacy, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
