With over 9,000 retail stores across America, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we serve almost 10 million customers every day. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages * Handling high-volume client requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner * Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our system * Investigating missing information and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) * Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner * Handling correspondence to patients and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed * Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the issue * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely * Recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed * Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current professional permit or certification **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online * Essential web search tools skills, including: + Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing reports * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Designing reports * Familiarity with Spanish and English **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
