Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other related matters in a timely and accurate manner. * Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner. * Processing calls efficiently, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded. * Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and the client in reference to customer service issues. * Ensuring inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria. * Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center. **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management. * Ability to follow oral and written directions. **What You Can Expect in This Role** As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you can expect: * Full-time (40 hours a week) employment with the possibility of shift work. * Some overtime when necessary. * Most benefits start on the first day of employment. * Remote work from home with a minimum broadband internet connection speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. * To test your internet download and upload speed, please visit Google and search for Internet Speed Test or click here. **Compensation and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
