**Job Summary**
As a Business Analysis Manager in our Worldwide Reporting group, you will play a critical role in driving business success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to complex business problems, conducting research and analysis, and providing training and guidance to junior team members. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
