As a key member of our growing team, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by building and developing an inside sales team in a remote capacity. **About this Role** As an Experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Growth District Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a quota-achieving sales team, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of blithequark's software services to the SMB market. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, develop an account portfolio, and meet both monthly and quarterly quotas by leveraging your exceptional sales and leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop a quota-achieving sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members achieve their sales targets * Cultivate, build, and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences * Manage the full sales process from initial customer interest to close, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience * Learn the blithequark platform and become a product expert, staying up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities * Assist in training staff and management on sales best practices, product knowledge, and customer service excellence * Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth * Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction **Do You Have the Right Ingredients?** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualities. Here are some of the key requirements: * Fluency in Spanish is a must, as you'll be expected to coach your reps and communicate with prospects in Spanish * 1+ years of sales management experience with complex software solutions, preferably software as a service * Demonstrated sales management experience building customer-facing quota-achieving client services teams, with a focus on developing sales staff, prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business * Metrics-driven approach to sales performance, with a focus on optimizing sales results and driving growth * Experience managing a fast-paced, transactional sales team, with a proven track record of achieving targets * Strong business acumen, goal-oriented, and a proven track record of achieving targets * Driven, self-starter, and a true initiator, with a strong desire to succeed and make a meaningful impact * Payroll and POS experience is desired but not required **AI at blithequark** At blithequark, we're Hungry to Build and Learn. Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary, commission, benefits, and equity (if eligible). This role qualifies for uncapped commissions.
