**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging and educating patients, members, and customers about their healthcare needs, benefits, and in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. You will approach each interaction with a sales-minded approach, building rapport, and presenting the value of the healthcare program in a way that resonates with the member's needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and customer service, with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. Our ideal candidate will have:
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
* Ability to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
