Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Ground Services at FedEx, you will be responsible for addressing inbound client requests from FTNC and FedEx OPCOs concerning customs clearance solicitations and providing information about duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in accordance with US Customs and Border Protection (CBPA) regulations. You will also process credit card payments from clients, assist FedEx Express customer care and FedEx Revenue Services with requests from US transporters, and perform various administrative tasks.
