About the Role As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, responsible for responding to a wide range of inquiries regarding our extensive product selection, services, and resolving any issues that may arise. Our product portfolio is vast, comprising over 20,000 products across three comprehensive catalogues, requiring our associates to possess a keen ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in navigating complex customer interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported throughout their journey with blithequark. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our 20,000 products and three catalogues to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Leverage strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any operational issues promptly. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes, suggesting enhancements and participating in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. Requirements for Success A high school diploma or equivalent is required as a minimum educational qualification. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or order-processing environment, where you have honed your skills in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are paramount, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a must, enabling you to provide support to our diverse customer base effectively. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a contract or temporary role, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools, which will be beneficial in navigating our systems efficiently.
