**Job Summary:**
As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in responding to inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance with behavioral health-related issues. Your primary responsibility will be to answer calls, provide information, and connect callers to the appropriate resources. You will also be responsible for documenting all calls and conversations, ensuring that accurate records are maintained.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance with behavioral health-related issues
* Provide information and connect callers to the appropriate resources
* Document all calls and conversations, ensuring accurate records are maintained
* Respond to inquiries from individuals facing challenging circumstances, staying calm and professional under pressure
* Maintain a high level of customer/client satisfaction, providing exceptional service-oriented responses
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide support to callers
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in a call center setting is required, with a medical or behavioral health experience highly preferred
* Temporary full-time position, lasting 12 months with the possibility of an extension
* Must live in North Carolina, specifically within the catchment area of this client (eligibility will be determined by a recruiter during the review of your resume/location)
* Ability to work distraction-free from home and on a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* Must have a schedule conducive to working all holidays as required by the employer for this position (even if the holiday falls on a weekend)
* Valid NC driver's license
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and during potentially high-stress calls
* Prior experience in a call center setting is required, with a medical or behavioral health experience highly preferred
* CBC and Drug Screen will be a part of the pre-employment screening
