About the position Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail. , Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts. , Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. , Prepare and manage expense reports. , Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development. , Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items. Requirements 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. , Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. , Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. , Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects. , Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs. Nice-to-haves 2+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. , Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television. , Experience with entertainment industry professionals.
