You will be the face of blithequark, providing personalized support and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark's clients, responding to inbound phone calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, and online support Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance to meet their financial goals Stay up-to-date with industry developments and blithequark's products and services, applying this knowledge to provide informed support to clients Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment Career Development and Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
