About the Role In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, engaging with customers via live chat and providing support and information on various inquiries related to businesses' websites and social media platforms. As a chat specialist, you will address both routine support questions from existing customers and field sales-related inquiries from prospective ones. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, informative, and helpful. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via live chat, providing timely and effective support and information on various inquiries related to businesses' websites and social media platforms Address routine support questions from existing customers and field sales-related inquiries from prospective ones Work independently from your home, following detailed instructions and adhering to procedures Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours Maintain a stable internet connection at home and have access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, laptop) with the capability to use social media and website chat functions Position Details We offer a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to accommodate your needs and work at your own pace. As a chat specialist, you will be compensated at a rate of $35 per hour, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week.
