We're looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Claims Adjuster. As a claims adjuster, you will be responsible for recovering payments for damage claims involving utility company equipment and facilities in a call center environment. You will interact with homeowners, business owners, contractors, insurance companies, and utility company field technicians. We require a High School diploma or equivalent, and 0-2 years of clerical and/or data input experience. No insurance adjusting experience is required, as we'll provide on-going training and opportunity to obtain insurance adjuster licensure.
We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, with a base pay of $15.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. Our bonus system allows you to determine how much you can make, with bonuses paid out each month.
