Responsibilities
- Participate in the Emerging Leader Program
- Complete a two-year curriculum of industry-leading training that includes in-person and virtual workshops, mentoring and coaching, job shadowing, online eLearning modules, and hands-on experience working in a business simulation
- Engage in a two-year work rotation to develop understanding and skills in core roles involved in being an insurance professional, which may include Underwriting, Claims, or other parts of the organization
- Travel to live workshops as required
- Upon successful completion of the two-year work rotation, be placed in a permanent work assignment based on business needs
