Location: This is a fully remote position within the United States.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an end-of-year performance-based bonus.
Compensation is determined based on factors such as location, relevant experience, and qualifications. Candidates in higher cost-of-living areas or with exceptional expertise may fall above this range. This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Position Overview
The Ecommerce Manager will own the strategy and execution of Ivim Health’s ecommerce and subscription business, driving growth in supplement sales, subscription retention, and cross-sell opportunities from our GLP-1 programs. This role is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end ecommerce experience—from product merchandising and pricing strategy to post-purchase journeys and subscription management.
You’ll work across marketing, lifecycle, and clinical teams to build seamless, data-driven customer experiences that increase lifetime value and deepen patient engagement with Ivim’s holistic wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Strategy & Growth
• Own the Shopify supplement subscription business, including product merchandising, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase average order value (AOV), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Identifyopportunities for product bundling, cross-sells, and upsells aligned with patient wellness goals.
• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics andidentifyoptimization opportunities across the funnel.
Subscription Management & Retention
• Manage subscription programs to maximize retention, minimize churn, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Optimizesubscription flows including sign-up experience, billing cycles, pause/cancel flows, and win-back campaigns.
• Partner with Lifecycle team to build post-purchase journeys that drive engagement and repeat purchases.
• Monitor subscription health metrics (renewal rates, churn by cohort, reactivation rates) and implement retention strategies.
Site & Landing Page Optimization
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Brand teams tooptimizeproduct pages, landing pages, and checkout flows for conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing on site merchandising, messaging, and user experience elements.
• Ensure site content isaccurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement technical enhancements that improve customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Growth Marketing to develop integrated campaigns driving traffic and conversion for supplement products.
• Collaborate with Brand team to ensureecommercecreative and messagingreflectIvim’sbrand voice and clinical integrity.
• Partner with Product and Clinical teams to launch new supplement offerings and ensure proper positioning.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insightstoleadership, with recommendations for optimization and growth.
Analytics & Reporting
• Build dashboards and reports to track key ecommerce metrics (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, CAC).
• Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to inform merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Identifytrends and opportunities through data analysis and competitive research.
• Present findings and actionable insights to the Director, Lifecycle &Ecommerceand senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in DTC, subscription, or consumer wellness brands.
• Proventrack recordof driving ecommerce growth through optimization, testing, and customer-centric strategies.
• Experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Subscription or recurring revenueexperience stronglypreferred.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries is a plus.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, and ecommerce reporting tools.
• Experience with subscription management platforms (Recharge, Stripe, or similar).
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
• Competency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS preferred.

Success in First 90 Days
Month 1 – Learn & Assess
• Complete onboarding and 1:1s with Lifecycle, Growth, Brand, Product, and Clinical teams.
• Conduct ecommerce audit of Shopify performance, subscription health, and user journey.
• Review product catalog, pricing, and merchandisingstrategy.
• Establish baseline metrics and reporting framework for ecommerce KPIs.
Month 2 – Optimize & Test
• Launch optimization tests on product pages, checkout, and subscription flows.
• Implement quick winsidentifiedduring audit (e.g., navigation improvements, product descriptions, banners).
• Build dashboards to track performance metrics and subscription health.
• Develop subscription retention strategy and roadmap.
Month 3 – Execute & Prove Impact
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, retention).
• Launch integrated supplementcampaignwith Growth and Lifecycle teams.
• Execute seasonal or promotional strategy (e.g., bundles, discounts, loyalty programs).
• Present 2026 ecommerce growth plan and ongoing optimization cadence.
