Talis Consulting Group is partnering with a mission-driven startup building an AI-powered simulation platform for social service professionals.
Think of it as a “flight simulator” for real-world client conversations—creating a safe, repeatable environment to build skills, confidence, and consistency in moments that matter most.
THE ROLE
This person will sit at the intersection of product, partnerships, and real-world practice.
You’ll work directly with industry experts and early partner organizations (~10) to ensure simulations are relevant, trauma-informed, and grounded in reality—while also helping drive onboarding, engagement, and long-term adoption.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Partner with advisory groups to shape content (scenarios, personas, skill development)
• Support onboarding and engagement across nonprofit and public-sector partners
• Build trusted relationships from frontline practitioners to senior leadership
• Gather insights from partners and translate them into product direction
• Identify adoption challenges and help solve them in real time
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 8+ years in social services, public health, or similar
• 3+ years direct experience with case management (or closely related work)
• Comfort with trauma-informed conversations and sensitive content
• Ability to work across all levels of an organization
• Someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on
