Regional Operations & Growth – Houston, Texas Market Launch Opportunity HK Multifamily Management Commission-Based | Founding Market Leader | Expansion Growth Track About HK Multifamily Management HK Multifamily Management is a rapidly growing, systems-driven multifamily property management company focused on operational excellence, structured performance, and scalable infrastructure. We specialize in managing multifamily buildings with a minimum of 100+ units, focusing on scalable assets rather than small scattered-site properties. We are actively expanding into the Houston market and are seeking a strategic growth leader to establish and build our presence from the ground up. Our mission is to build a nationally recognized management brand rooted in accountability, performance, and scalable systems. Houston represents a key strategic expansion market, and this role will be instrumental in launching and growing that footprint. Learn more about our platform and approach at: www.hkmultifamily.com Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Operations & Growth Leader to drive market expansion efforts in Houston. At present, HK Multifamily Management does not have units under management in the Houston market. This is a true market-launch opportunity — focused on securing initial management contracts, building vendor relationships, and establishing strategic portfolio density. Our Houston expansion will prioritize multifamily properties consisting of a minimum of 100 units per building. We are not targeting small scattered-site properties. This role begins as a commission-based opportunity designed for a high-level producer who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and long-term portfolio building. As the Houston portfolio grows, this role may evolve into a structured compensation model with leadership and operational oversight opportunities. A Texas Real Estate License is preferred (or ability to obtain, depending on role structure). We are specifically seeking individuals who bring an established networking presence within the Houston real estate community — including relationships with: Multifamily owners (100+ unit buildings) Private investors Syndicators Asset managers Brokers Developers Candidates with existing connectivity that can directly help establish and accelerate our Houston portfolio will be strongly prioritized. This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for a strategic growth partner capable of building market presence from zero to scale. Target Market Focus This role will focus on Houston and surrounding submarkets, including (but not limited to): West Houston / Energy Corridor Katy Cypress Spring / The Woodlands Southeast Houston Sugar Land Downtown Houston Greater Harris County and Fort Bend County markets The objective is to establish strategic density within defined corridors and ownership groups rather than pursue scattered expansion. Operational Support HK Multifamily Management provides centralized infrastructure to support rapid growth without requiring the regional leader to build a full back-office structure initially. Centralized support includes: Accounting Yardi systems (Yardi Elevate platform) Marketing Human Resources Vendor onboarding processes Structured operational systems and reporting This allows the Houston growth leader to focus primarily on portfolio acquisition and market development while leveraging company systems. Market Development In addition to business development responsibilities, this role will help establish HK Multifamily Management’s operational footprint in Houston. Responsibilities include: Supporting onboarding and transition of newly secured properties Assisting in establishing Houston-based vendor relationships Coordinating with centralized accounting, marketing, HR, and Yardi teams Maintaining operational standards and performance consistency during early growth phases Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily property management contracts (100+ unit buildings) Build and maintain strategic relationships with multifamily owners, private investors, syndicators, brokers, developers, and asset managers Leverage existing Houston real estate network to accelerate market entry Represent HK Multifamily Management at Houston networking events and real estate associations Develop referral partnerships within the Houston real estate community Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM systems Track conversion metrics and optimize business development performance Collaborate with executive leadership during key presentations and contract negotiations What You’ll Be Selling HK Multifamily Management differentiates itself through: Data-driven rent optimization strategies Structured operational systems Centralized accounting infrastructure Performance-focused leasing execution Transparent owner reporting Scalable asset management processes Our platform is specifically built to support larger multifamily communities (100+ units). This role is about selling performance, operational excellence, and long-term asset value — not just property management services. Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience in multifamily property management, asset management, brokerage, or business development Proven track record in portfolio acquisition or revenue growth Strong understanding of NOI, rent strategy, expense management, and asset performance metrics Must have Yardi experience (Yardi Elevate preferred) Familiarity with Texas landlord-tenant laws Established Houston real estate network strongly preferred Existing relationships with multifamily owners and asset managers highly desirable Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability and performance orientation This position offers significant earning potential for a high-performing producer as Houston portfolio density increases.
