DevSecOps Engineer II

Job Description: • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, workflows, validation rules, automation (Flows), and other configurations to streamline operations • Execute Salesforce deployments using Gearset and Salesforce Change Sets to maintain consistent, compliant release cycles • Evaluate, implement, and maintain Gearset deployments and third-party integrations • Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity • Conduct recurring data audits and cleanup activities to ensure ongoing database health • Establish and enforce data entry standards, deduplication processes, and governance practices • Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and configurations to support new business functionality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure system stability • Maintain Salesforce platform updates, security standards, release features, and industry best practices. • Maintain accurate system documentation and create training materials for end users • Cloud architecture experience in AWS environment and container-based deployments using AWS CodePipeline and CloudFormation. • Experience with various AWS services like ECS, S3, Lambda, and Route53 Requirements: • Minimum three (5) years of service desk or technical support experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services environment • Minimum 1 year of experience with Gearset and Salesforce deployment processes • Experience with Git/version control systems to support structured deployment processes • Prior system administration or software configuration experience required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven proficiency in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education in software systems and technology • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing business environments • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments • Preferred Certifications (Not Required): • AWS Certified SysOps/Developer/Architect Administrator and/or AWS Cloud Practitioner • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator • Gearset Fundamentals Benefits: • Competitive Base Salary Range of $96,300-$154,400 • Annual Incentive Compensation Eligibility – Up to 10% annually • Health Insurance: We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and employer-paid vision plans through UnitedHealthcare (UHC), with various coverage levels available to meet the needs of our employees and their families. • 100% Company Paid Insurances: Kapitus fully covers the cost of basic short-term and long-term disability insurance, as well as vision insurance, ensuring our employees have comprehensive protection without any personal expense. • Voluntary Insurance: Supplemental life insurance as well as enhanced short- and long-term disability coverage are available through Mutual of Omaha, providing additional security for our employees.
