Customer Success Manager - 4 Day Work Week - Remote

StoriiCare is an easy-to-use Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform that helps senior care providers deliver the best care possible. Our team is fully distributed, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a remote, fast-moving startup environment. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success Team, VP of Customer Success, and CEO to support, onboard, and build lasting relationships with our clients across the Americas. We learn fast, we get things done, and we’re passionate about delivering an outstanding product experience. Note: This position is fully remote! Work with a fun, collaborative, hard working team. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts • Manage full-cycle onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation • Provide responsive customer support via live chat, email, and phone • Troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them quickly • Partner with leadership to share insights that influence pricing, product improvements, and marketing opportunities • Represent StoriiCare with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help our clients succeed • Work closely with CEO and team to make recommendations on product and CS What You Bring • 1+ year of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role • Experience training or onboarding customers to a software platform • Customer support experience (chat, email, and phone) • Comfortable using CRM and communication tools (we use Pipedrive, Front, and Zoom) • Excellent communication and people skills • A desire to join and grow with a fast-moving startup • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through • Passion for technology and collaborative teamwork • Good technical skills and experience with modern software platforms Nice to Have: • Experience working with Electronic Health Records or in senior care About Us: StoriiCare is a senior care Electronic Health Record company. You may live and work anywhere within these areas with a strong internet connection.
