Serve as a cultural ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, promoting cultural sensitivity and inclusivity throughout the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with our diverse guests, ensuring their cultural needs and expectations are met. Act as a liaison between guests and staff, providing cultural insights and facilitating communication and understanding. Develop and implement cultural training programs for staff to enhance their understanding and appreciation of different cultures. Collaborate with various departments to ensure cultural elements are incorporated into guest experiences, such as food and beverage offerings, decor, and entertainment. Conduct regular cultural assessments and provide recommendations for improvements in cultural competence. Stay updated on current cultural trends and events to enhance the guest experience and maintain relevance in the market. Handle any cultural conflicts or misunderstandings that may arise and work towards finding a resolution. Plan and execute cultural events and activities for guests and staff to promote cultural exchange and understanding. Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests, regardless of their cultural background. Communicate and collaborate with other Cultural Liaison Officers within the company to share best practices and ideas. Keep track of guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure their cultural needs are being met. Act as a resource for staff regarding cultural etiquette and protocols when interacting with guests. Continuously strive to improve and innovate our cultural offerings and services to meet the evolving needs of our guests.
