Job Description:
• Build and replicate CRM automations and workflows in Zoho
• Identify and flag potential problems in workflows before issues arise
• Create dashboards across multiple Zoho locations
• Execute automation projects with moderate independence
• Handle general executive assistant tasks and manage administrative responsibilities
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
• Collaborate with technical team members on automation issues
Requirements:
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable handling executive assistant tasks (emails, invoices, admin)
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools (Zapier a plus)
• Willingness to work in US time zone schedule
