Compliance Specialist – Workers Compensation

Job Description: • Ensure the company’s regulatory standards compliance • Track and report state regulatory violations • Create and maintain relationships with state regulators • Maintain working knowledge of state regulatory system • Identify, develop, and assist in delivery of colleague training • Provide required reporting on claims, penalty and compliance issues • Act as the primary liaison between company and carrier partners • Assist in delivery of focused jurisdictional compliance training Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Wisconsin Workers Compensation jurisdictional knowledge required • Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Experience in WI WC claims management preferred • Thorough knowledge of state regulatory compliance standards • Good knowledge of claim management system • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Benefits: • medical • dental • vision • 401k and matching • PTO • disability and life insurance • employee assistance • flexible spending or health savings account • other additional voluntary benefits
