If so, let's start the conversation. Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to our Account Management team, taking full ownership of complex billing inquiries and data analysis to drive business forward. You will act as a vital support system, directly impacting our ability to serve clients by creating compelling financial summaries and presentations that strengthen our long-term partnerships.   What You’ll Do - Strategic Support & Presentation: Create solid data presentations and financial breakdowns to be shared directly with customers, ensuring key information is summarized effectively to drive client value. - Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with the Account Management team through various communication channels to address customer needs, concerns, and strengthen overall client relationships. - Issue Ownership: Manage and resolve complex billing-related inquiries and customer issues from start to finish, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and total account accuracy.
