Client Success Specialist – UEM
About the Role
The Client Success Specialist – UEM supports clients using our Utility Expense Management (UEM) services. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring accurate execution of services, and providing proactive support to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver a consistent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned UEM clients
• Manage ongoing client requests, questions, and service needs
• Provide proactive communication to ensure clients understand processes, timelines, and expectations
• Support renewals and retention efforts through consistent engagement
Service Coordination & Issue Resolution
• Partner with Billing, Operations, and internal teams to resolve client issues
• Monitor account activity to identify and escalate risks or service concerns
• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and updates
Operational & Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, and documentation
• Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements
• Support reporting related to client health, trends, and performance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting utility billing, UEM, SaaS, or operational services preferred

• Fully remote

Compensation
Salary range will be based on experience and qualifications.
