PerkSpot is a company dedicated to empowering employees to make smarter spending decisions. The Client Success Associate will manage inbound inquiries and resolve issues for SMB and mid-market clients while conducting outreach to drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve client issues by responding to inbound emails and phone calls from our 850+ PerkSpot clients
- Prioritize multiple incoming tickets based on urgency and business impact
- Escalate complex client issues appropriately by providing an initial assessment and recommended approach
- Report on key performance metrics, including First Response Time and Time to Resolution
- Drive new user growth by coordinating program re-launches, promoting census file uploads, and ensuring client compliance
- Conduct strategic outreach to high‑potential accounts to support engagement and growth opportunities
- Develop processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage incoming offer leads from clients seeking local partnerships
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a client service role
- Experience managing and addressing several open service inquiries at once
- Knowledge in Salesforce, MS Excel, or any other tech software a plus
- Professional and empathetic but confident communication style
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team
