Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience while answering questions from members and clients about life, disability and group insurance, as well as loans and mutual fund products
- Offer attentive, personalized support by proposing tailored solutions and taking a proactive advisory role to fully support members and clients
- Help members and clients become financially empowered by guiding them to use the digital tools available
- Proactively update your knowledge by strategically monitoring your area of expertise
Skills
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
