Duties • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and accurately. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to coordinate onboarding activities and tailor solutions to client needs. • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track progress, update client records, and maintain detailed documentation of onboarding activities. • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions via phone or virtual meetings, clearly communicating product features, benefits, and best practices. • Analyze client requirements and provide strategic guidance on how our SaaS offerings can optimize their operations within the financial services sector. • Develop customized onboarding plans that align with client goals while managing timelines and deliverables effectively. • Follow up regularly with clients during the onboarding phase to address questions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction. • Gather feedback post-onboarding to identify areas for improvement and enhance future client experiences. Qualifications • Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer onboarding within SaaS or financial services industries. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar customer relationship management platforms. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Familiarity with sales processes, marketing strategies, and analysis techniques relevant to SaaS solutions. • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for building lasting client relationships. • Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions effectively.
