**Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain and Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Captain and Server, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead a team will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide recommendations and knowledge about menu items and specials
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and to guests' satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and smooth service
- Supervise and train junior staff members, providing guidance and support
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience of 1-2 year as a Restaurant Captain and Server in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
