What You’ll Do

Identify and research potential client companies and hiring opportunities (US, EU, UK)

Build and qualify outbound prospect lists (ICP-based) using LinkedIn, databases, and sales tools
-
Support and execute outbound campaigns (email & LinkedIn)

Personalize outreach using insights on hiring needs, funding, and growth signals

Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to generate new opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking

Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to convert leads into active hiring projects
What We’re Looking For

Interest in tech, startups, AI/ML, or recruitment industry

Upper-intermediate English (written & spoken)

Strong research and written communication skills

Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
