Gierach Law Firm is currently looking for outside Business Developers / Introducers for our growing Estate Planning Team. A successful Business Developer / Introducer typically has an innovative mindset, allowing them to generate ideas for business growth. Seeking candidates with effective communication skills and emotional intelligence. Our goal is for our Business Developer / Introducer to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
This position can be utilized in conjunction with an existing related career or as an individual Business Developer / Introducer with access to their own qualified clients and lead sources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide qualified candidates looking for estate planning. Generally, our clients will have investable assets in excess of $1.5 million.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and business partners.

Pay:
• Compensation would be 1099.
