Our client is a B2B SaaS company that helps global manufacturers stay ahead of evolving product and sustainability regulations. Their AI-powered platform centralizes regulatory intelligence and workflows, enabling legal, product, and supply-chain teams to assess impact, ensure compliance, and launch products confidently across markets. Operating in a highly professional, enterprise-focused space, they emphasize design precision and consistency to maintain trust and credibility. Location: Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview: The Brand & Marketing Designer will shape and maintain the company’s evolving brand identity across all marketing and corporate touchpoints. They will translate existing brand guidelines into scalable design systems, creating templates, assets, and visual frameworks that empower the marketing team to produce high-quality, on-brand materials efficiently. Beyond the initial rebrand rollout, the designer will continue to support the team with ongoing design needs, ensuring visual consistency and creative excellence across every platform. Key Responsibilities: Brand Systems & Templates Develop and implement branded templates for white papers, guides, case studies, and other marketing collateral. Build new presentation templates in Google Slides and PowerPoint for corporate and sales use. Refresh and adapt existing collateral to align with updated brand standards. Marketing & Corporate Design Support Design and maintain assets for social media, events, presentations, trade shows, and internal communications. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to prioritize deliverables and align design output with campaign objectives. Asset Management & Brand Consistency Organize and manage the company’s design asset library, ensuring easy access and version control. Maintain consistency and accuracy across all visual materials while supporting continuous brand growth. Qualifications: Experience 3–5 years of experience in brand or marketing design, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments. Proven experience creating and managing template systems and brand collateral across digital and print formats. Skills Strong proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for both corporate and marketing materials. Ability to operationalize brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple channels. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Enjoys turning brand guidelines into practical, easy-to-use systems and templates. Strong collaborator who communicates effectively across teams. Creative problem solver with a process-driven approach to design execution. What Success Looks Like: Consistent, on-brand visuals across all marketing and corporate materials.
