ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES - Develops and implements annual business plans, operating budget and revenues budget utilizing (EFI) business processes. - Generates and establishes talent, management, and financial control plans to secure successful execution of territory performance. - Oversees activities to ensure efficient operation of branch. - Serves as a point of contact for communication between internal and external customers. - Creates an environment of customer / colleague satisfaction. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES - Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations. - Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance. - Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience: Eight (8) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Five (5) years of experience in fire investigation, engineering services, insurance or professional services industry preferred. Skills & Knowledge - Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills - PC literate, including Microsoft Office products - Leadership/management/motivational skills - Analytical and interpretive skills - Strong organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. Mental:  Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines Physical: - Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. - Must be able to kneel, squat or bend. - Must be able to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions. - Have the ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, reaching/working overhead - Be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds - Be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds - Be able to drive up to 4 hours per day. - Must have continual use of manual dexterity.
