Abacus is seeking an Apigee Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage API solutions on cloud platforms. The role involves working on API gateways, cloud provisioning, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop API proxies using Apigee

Manage and monitor API performance, traffic, and transaction logs

Implement and manage API monetization modules

Work on API microservices development and integrations

Handle BigQuery data management and reporting

Manage GCP and Azure provisioning for API-related infrastructure

Collaborate with teams on solution architecture and system design

Integrate authentication solutions such as Okta (CIAM)
Requirements

4+ years of experience in API development and management

Strong hands-on experience with Apigee

Experience with GCP and Azure environments

Knowledge of API lifecycle management and microservices architecture

Familiarity with BigQuery and cloud data handling

Experience with identity and access management tools (Okta preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
