Scope of Work:
Natural Language Voice Architecture: Implement a "Sara" persona that mirrors caller energy, uses natural filler words, and avoids robotic or scripted patterns.
Multi-Stage Lead Qualification: Configure a discovery flow that moves naturally through situation, motivation, repairs, and timeline pressure without following a rigid checklist.
Advanced Logic & Fast-Tracking: Build a "Distress Fast Track" system that instantly identifies high-priority triggers (foreclosure, probate, tax liens, etc.) and routes them for immediate human intervention.
Objection & Emotion Handling: Program context-aware responses for common real estate hurdles, such as "price anchoring," "listing with a realtor," or "scam concerns."
Call Outcome Management: Direct callers toward specific conversion goals, such as SMS photo submissions or scheduled 24-hour follow-up callbacks.
Technical Requirements:
Experience with high-quality TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) providers (e.g., ElevenLabs, Vapi, Retell, or Bland).
