They are seeking an Account Executive for their Scientific and Medical Affairs team to manage client projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain communication with account leads while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your account, including managing the processes of the account (including running regular internal team meetings), flow of work, delegation of tasks (oversee status reports to ensure all team actions are complete) and the status of jobs across the account (not just your own)
- Ownership of and accountability for client projects, ensuring that projects are delivered to highest possible standards within budget and agreed timeframes
- Ongoing communication with your account lead on the progress of projects; alerting them to any barriers to project completion and being proactive in making recommendations and proposing solutions on how to proceed
- Awareness of the client’s business priorities and a sound understanding of the program strategy; have a good understanding of competitor activity
- Maintains understanding of account finances; supports account lead with financial management
- Continued professional development engagement; work with manager to identify training opportunities based on areas of interest and need
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Highly organized with a mindfulness of deadlines
