Job Title: Data Architect

The Database Specialist contractor will support the AgeTech Collaborative by evaluating, optimizing, and rebuilding the existing database infrastructure to meet the team s evolving needs. The team aims to enhance its current project management platform, Monday.com, for more effective use as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Responsibilities include:
? Conduct a comprehensive evaluation/audit of our existing database within Monday.com.
? Design and implement a CRM structure tailored to our business goals and customer management needs.
? Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and understand key CRM functionalities.
? Optimize data flow, workflows, and automation processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
? Migrate and transfer all existing data from the current system into the new CRM while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
? Train relevant staff on the new CRM setup, ensuring ease of use and adoption.
? Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the transition.

Qualifications: ? 5+ years in database evaluation, design, and implementation experience, preferably with CRM systems. ? Familiarity with Monday.com is required. ? Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles. ? Experience with data migration, integration, and automation processes. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
