Job Description
Part-Time-USA-Jobs Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Remote IT Help Desk Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Remote IT Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assisting customers with various IT issues. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support.
In this role, you will resolve technical issues, provide software and hardware support, and assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers?expectations

Educational Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role
