Job title: HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR Company: Brigade Energy Services LLC Job description: Description: The Human Resources Administrator (HRA) works as part of a team to ensure all daily human resources activities are performed in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our people and service delivery to our customers. In return, we will provide opportunities to grow and advance, to become an expert at what you do, or progress to higher positions within the company. • Supports locations in day-to-day human resources administrative responsibilities • Processes employee-related transactions in the company Human Resources Information System including recruiting, wage adjustments, promotions, terminations, etc. • Ensures data integrity of personnel files and upload of electronic information into the HRIS • Files employee and company paperwork in an orderly and timely manner • Consolidates and analyzes data using spreadsheets • Assists with new hire onboarding, drug screens and background checks • Becomes intimately familiar with all company human resources policies, procedures and benefits plans, and able to explain them to employees • Answers employees' questions and queries in a positive and helpful manner • Participates in special projects that may be assigned from time-to-time • Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. • Ensures timely response on data inquiries such as unemployment claims, employment verification, etc. • Assists in wage or bonus calculations • Investigates and resolves payroll discrepancies • Conducts new employee orientation • All other duties as required Requirements: · Establish and maintain effective working relationships as part of a team · Willing and able to continuously increase knowledge, skills and abilities · Able to work flexible schedules and overtime as required · May need to visit field locations from time-to-time · Occasional out-of-town, overnight travel · Must provide proof of right to work in the United States, have a clean driving record, valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check and participate in regular random screening PI191997577 Expected salary: Location: Odessa, TX Job date: Mon, 19 Sep 2022 04:21:11 GMT Apply for the job now!
