Job Overview We are seeking talented and motivated individuals who are native or near-native Spanish speakers to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
