As a Client Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and evaluating a team of customer support agents in a fast-paced and dynamic contact center environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 16 to 30 customer support agents to ensure exceptional customer care and support Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution, to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture that fosters open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement Manage time and attendance, schedule adherence, and payroll needs for the team Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership, such as training and development programs, process improvements, and quality assurance initiatives Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care and support Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ordinary and predictable attendance, with a commitment to being punctual and reliable Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare or retail industry, with knowledge of pharmacy benefit management cycles and methodology Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction Experience with quality assurance initiatives, process improvements, and training and development programs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
