Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring a positive experience Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols Manage responsibilities for a warehouse location, including opening and closing site Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries and ensure accurate and efficient processing Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
