As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission, working directly with pet parents to provide solutions for their pet insurance needs. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our sales and support team, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and building strong relationships with our customers. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies * Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently * Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times * Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our pet insurance products * Build strong knowledge of products and services offered * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner **Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills** * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years sales experience * Proven attendance reliability * Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends * Current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines - in a minimum of 25 to 50 states * Licenses must remain active throughout duration of assignment * Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills * Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills * Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections * Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail * Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines * Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet **Preferred Qualifications** * Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment * Insurance industry sales experience * Service industry and/or Contact Center experience * Ability to operate in a fast-pace, multi-tasking environment with deadlines * Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills * Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills * Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections * Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail * Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines * Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour * 100% remote position with flexible scheduling options * Comprehensive training program to ensure success in the role * Ongoing support and coaching to help you achieve your goals * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate professionals * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
