Your primary objective will be to determine and resolve root causes of customer concerns and inquiries, identify revenue and service enhancement opportunities, and develop loyal and profitable customers through activations, payment arrangements, and other collections activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships. Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying additional products, features, and services that meet their evolving needs. Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation, automated tools, and training materials to ensure consistency and excellence. Meet department productivity and quality standards, continually striving for improvement and excellence in every interaction. Approach each customer interaction with a "can-do" mindset, treating every customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help. Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role, showcasing your ability to work with customers and resolve complex issues. Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously, demonstrating your technical proficiency and adaptability. Familiarity with Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred, highlighting your ability to learn and utilize various software applications. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in account management, sales, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
