Job Title Cardiac Wireless Monitoring Supervisor Job Description Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor (Norfolk, VA) The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will be responsible for leading and providing guidance to a team of 10-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center for the ECG Solutions wireless product. Your role: • Oversee scheduling, performance, and daily operations of Clinical Wireless employees, ensuring smooth floor performance and providing technical support to both staff and customers. • Identify and implement operational improvements while actively participating in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes. • Foster the growth and development of team members through mentorship and coaching, while playing a key role in the creation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with leadership to optimize team effectiveness. • Work closely within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department to track key performance indicators, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards and promoting a collaborative work environment. • This role requires working from 4:00pm to 2:30am EST (four 10-hour shifts) including a weekend and holiday rotation. You're the right fit if: • You have 1+ years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years' of experience with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred. • You have an active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification. • Your skills include a high technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. You are adept at working across various technological platforms, easily adapting to change, and leading a team with confidence, additionally, you possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes. • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. • You're an energetic people leader and team player with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and remaining flexible. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Norfolk, VA is $62,250 to $99,600. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
