About the Role In this exciting role, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our clients favorably and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue. As a key member of our team, you'll provide accurate information about products and services, schedule appointments, capture customer contact information, and summarize interactions for client review. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless customer experiences Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, driving business growth Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is helpful) Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week Able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time (Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00AM - 6:30PM CST) Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred) Essential Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Technical skills, including basic computer knowledge and typing abilities Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
