Job title: Accounting/Data Entry Clerk - Full-time- USA Company: The Qualifirst Group Job description: *Accounting Clerk* • Job Description: *Looking for an Accounting Clerk. You will be helping in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Job Costing. You will be responsible for data entry, data reconciliation, order management, and processing payments & refunds to customer accounts. You will review and analyze discrepancies in data received, suggest resolutions and accurately enter all appropriate information. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position with diversified tasks. • Key Traits: * • Proficient with Windows applications (Excel, Outlook etc.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Dependable and willing to learn • 1+ year business experience • Accounting or data entry experience preferred • Main Responsibilities: * • Collect and process mail 2-3x a week • Record customer payments • Record vendor invoices • Weekly upload of UPS invoice • Monitor Accounting inbox • Assist Sales Reps with invoices, reports and customer changes • Assist in the monthly closing of jobs and ensuring jobs move thru the job cycle.
